Marcello Della Mônica has worked in corporate labor law for more than 20 years, having participated in numerous complex discussions in individual and collective actions, in the administrative and judicial spheres, many of which with an impact on the court precedentes of Brazilian labor law.
His work involves the representation of clients from various market segments, such as automobiles, services, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, household waste collection, chemicals, investments, among others. He also has extensive experience in monitoring strategic themes, notably from individual actions, civil investigations, and class actions.
He also has experience in preventive issues of labor law in various areas, such as compliance, human resources, and unions, focusing on the search for solutions to avoid litigious disputes of his clients.
It is recognized by national and foreign publications and guides, such as LACCA Approved, Advocacia 500, The Legal 500, Leaders League and Best Lawyers, among the leading labor law lawyers in Brazil and Latin America.

Mariana Piva Zadra David has been practicing in the corporate labor law area for over 15 years. Before joining the firm, she worked in the labor practice of two of Brazil’s leading full-service law firms, representing national and international clients in individual and collective actions, in the administrative and judicial spheres, with special emphasis on the chemical, technology, automobile, banking, real estate, construction, hotel, general services and pharmaceutical industries, among others.
She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the FGV/SP Law School and defended her dissertation “Anti-competitive practices in the labor market: impacts on Brazilian labor law”, which was approved with the highest grade and was recommended for the 2022 FGV-SP Master’s award for best dissertations.
She is recognized as one of the most admired lawyers in the country by the publication Análise Advocacia Mulher.

Marcus Castro Brumano Ferreira has been practicing corporate labor law for over 20 years. Before joining the firm, he worked in the labor area of one of Brazil’s leading full-service law firms, advising on highly complex individual and collective labor issues for major Brazilian and international companies, as well as working on strategic labor litigation.
In the advisory sphere, it acts and advises its clients on (i) individual and collective negotiations; (ii) structuring/reviewing standards/policies in general; (iii) compensation plans, individual agreements and contracts; (iv) mergers and acquisitions from a labor perspective; (v) employee transfers, (vi) outsourcing and harmonization of benefits, (vii) compliance investigations and (viii) due diligence of labor practices and matters of occupational medicine and safety aimed at identifying contingencies and reviewing procedures.
